about & contact
What is Wizzlefish? is a question you may have. It’s a comic! I try and publish thrice weekly. Sometimes, usually on Wednesdays, I take photos and put captions to them. On the other days I write comics without photos I found on the internet! These comics include drawings and words that I make up in attempts to induce laughter. I recommend checking out a dictionary for further clarification.
If you want to keep up with this comic without ever coming to this website again, you should subscribe to the RSS feed. If you don’t know what that is, try reading Wikipedia! It’s a fantastic website with articles written by real people, not the robots that work for mainstream reference book companies.
who is this?
Wizzlefish is written by me, Steven Campbell (contact me). I live in Austin, Texas, and I’m pretty sure that it’s my favorite city. If you want to live in this city I totally recommend it, especially if you play music. In short, I’m a guy who likes doing lots of stuff, which is why I do a lot of things. I build lamps and clocks as a hobby. I also like drawing and reading and writing and watching TED talks. If you ask me a question I’ll answer it!
I’m so pro and I wanna know how you get the comics to show
Nice flow, bro! Wizzlefish is made possible by lovely WordPress and the priceless (literally and metaphorically!) plugin Webcomic. I customized a version of Inkblot for the theme.
Any photographs used are either my own or found by repeatedly using Wikipedia’s most awesome feature, random article, or searching Wikimedia Commons, which I totally recommend you do for fun on weekends!
why do you do this?
I told you above I like to do everything. This started out as a simple project, and well, it’s kind of still a simple project! Hopefully it will grow.
contact this?
You can totally reach me at my email address or via Twitter.
If you make any fan art or guest strip, I will likely publish it (unless it contains phalluses!). If you want me to build you a clock or draw you something or write you a story you can tell your children when they’re falling asleep in your arms, I’ll probably do that too! “I like projects,” are three words that describe me fairly accurately.
